I was not understanding what was happening but didn’t give it much thought. as you have to go out, meet friends because of that, I didn’t care about this problem much. But after some time, I met doctors. I met almost 3-4 doctors and all of them said that this might be happing due to stress. But after some time, I met doctors. But I was taking normal medicines. I didn’t care much but my stomach pain and other digestive problems got aggravated. But I was taking normal medicines. Never bothered to check these things So, my unhealthy lifestyle coupled with stress had aggravated the stomach ulcer. So, my unhealthy lifestyle coupled with stress had aggravated the stomach ulcer. I would get digestive problems on a very frequent basis. I had to stick to basic food and be careful of what I was eating because you can’t go out, eat whatever you want. One day, I was talking to my cousin who is a therapist and when I mentioned my problem. He said that it might be an anxiety issue instead of just being stress. and when I mentioned my problem. Then I started researching and while researching on Google, I found out that these two are very different things.
