My Ways to De-stress and Relax | Abigail’s Self-care Routine | Chăm sóc bản thân ở nước Úc


life can be stressful and it’s so easy
to lose sight of what’s important. My study weeks have been really stressful but I always
remind myself that being too busy is not a good enough excuse for you to not take
care of yourself there are so many ways that you can do the self-care routine indoors
and outdoors. In my own personal space I can do lots of things from meditations
to skin care watch movies all listening to music. Those are the times that I
don’t have so many distractions in my head like thinking about tests or exams
not only spending time in my room I like going out to see the new things because
the world is different from how you think it is the world is more extreme than you
think it is is bigger and smaller and colder and hotter than you think it is I
am currently an international student who study abroad in Australia so there
are many locations here that I have never been before . It creates for me a
joy of discovering things and places that I never knew existed. Going out
like this does not only help you to relax or rewind yourself but also teach
you that the way you have been looking at a world isn’t the way everybody else
does your point of view might have some major blind spots because of the
cultural lenses so seeing a world for yourself will improve your vision and
your grip on reality. To me this is the right time to put my phone away because
I want to focus on the views around me clearer and just use my eyes to capture
the moments people say that when you can do the
things you like you will feel better and it is absolutely correct I have a big
passion for food so that’s why I always feel happier when I eat Australia is
multicultural so you can try food from different countries from Korea Japan
Italy, etc. I also can find food from my hometown so whenever I miss my hometown
I will find the food and eat it. Hanging out with your friends is also a good
choice because friend fluence affects you in more ways than you can realize if
your friend is happy he or she can spread the positive vibe to you and you
can feel also happy and positive whether you realize it or not your friends have
shaped you for who you are today and you are the product of friendship I laugh a
lot when I hang out with my friends so laughter can decrease your stress
hormones so it is a good medicine to motivate yourself
